A Space to Feel at Ease

When you arrive, you’ll step into a warm, softly lit, welcoming space, designed for comfort, creativity, and self-expression. My practice in Hillsborough, Auckland, is private, spacious, and flexible, allowing us to work in a way that feels natural to you. You’re welcome to sit, recline, move around, or even take the session outside.

Your First Session

Each session is unique, but here’s what you can expect when we begin:

  • A Moment to Arrive – Settle in, choose where you’d like to sit, and take a moment to breathe. There’s no pressure to start in any particular way.
  • Tea & Conversation – We’ll share a pot of tea as we ease into our first discussion. I’ll invite you to fill out a brief new client form—this serves as a simple starting point for us to explore what brings you here.
  • Exploring Your Needs – You’re encouraged to share any hesitations, intentions, or immediate needs. Whether you prefer to talk, move, or express yourself creatively, we will shape the session to fit you.
  • Freedom of Expression – Sessions are not confined to words alone. You are welcome to express yourself through voice, breath, movement, or stillness—whatever feels right in the moment.

A Therapy Space Beyond the Couch

This is not a conventional “talk therapy” setting. Your session might include:

🎨 Art & Creative Exploration – Insight cards, drawing materials, or symbolic expression.
🎵 Music & Rhythm – Drums or sound-based exploration for grounding and release.
💃 Somatic & Movement Practices – Working with the body’s wisdom to process emotions.
🌿 Outdoor Sessions – If it feels right, we can step outside for fresh air and a different perspective.

A Collaborative Process

There is no single right way to do this work. Whether you prefer structured guidance or open-ended exploration, we will move at your pace. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and more at ease in yourself.

If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit for you, I offer a free introductory call—you’re welcome to reach out.
