Healing isn’t about “fixing”—it’s about reclaiming, expressing, and making space for all that you are.

Many of my clients have been through a lot of therapy before. Maybe it was helpful but incomplete, or maybe it just didn’t click. Using approaches like Gestalt, psychodrama, emotion-focused therapy, and somatic bodywork, we go beyond words—working with the parts of you that thinking alone can’t reach.

Some things can’t be solved by thinking differently—they need to be felt, moved, expressed. If talking about your emotions hasn’t been enough, we’ll explore them in the body, where they actually live.
